With one call the team were out within an hour - earlier than they had actually stated too which was great.  They were friendly upon arrival and listened to me fully before wasting no time in assessing the issue.  They were thorough in their search for the blockage and able to sort the issue with their specialist equipment.  They were able to show me what had occurred and left the place clean and tidy on finishing having fully resolved it. Great service! My choked and overflowing drain was cleared in no time at all. Not only that but the two men who called out also cleaned up the mess that was left behind and disinfected the affected area.

I've had a problem with the drainage of my double kitchen sink for some years now and I've put so many so called drain unblockers down the sink with no improvement. I've also had an emergency plumber out who did some work on the drain, but again there was no significant change. I even got my own plumber in who said it wasn't something he could fix. In fact the work he did actually made it worse so I did some research on Google looking for a drainage specialist, trying to focus on getting a local company and someone with great reviews as I'm so worried about getting scammed these days and the one company that fitted the bill for me was Envirotech Drainage Solutions.

These guys were something else. They answered my call eventhough they were on a job. They then asked me to email them the issue and my address details and they would get back to me and they did the very next morning and turned up later the same day after they had finished their work with other clients.

They quickly established the problem by putting a camera down the drain and explained to me in detail what the problem was and then told me what they would need to do to fix it, which they did, so for the first time for years my sinks are draining freely and a gurgling noise I had, has disappeared.

The professionalism of these guys was second to none. They did what they said they would do in the time frame promised and even tidied up after themselves before they left and the price was more than acceptable to me, so I would have no issue in recommending them to anyone who has a drainage issue.
